The result shows the interest and satisfaction of users with BUC NEWS mobile application tool. The evaluation held finds positive response towards the need of this mobile application. It also helps in easy access of college portal for both students and staff. It list all events and news at AlBuraimi University College (BUC) like announcement of training courses and scientific workshop or classes cancel and others events. This tool helps and provides a flexible way for communication.

Our research was to employ mobile affinity of especially students who ignore the circulars and notifications in notice board. The college announcements and events are disseminated to students and staff through circulars, notice boards, emails, etc. Mobile notification system is an emerging technology, which influence in solving various. The students are the fundamental members in the college and they are our targets. Our research utilizes the current trends and technology to design and develop a mobile application for the all members of the college. Technology is developing and changing in every moment that all domains are patchy without it.

Thus, the developed system provides an easy to use, portable and secured means of enhancing financial sustainability and promotes individual and societal economic growth via fiscal discipline. Database operations such as insert, update, delete and add that were performed yielded expected results, and data consistency / integrity are maintained in the reports generated. They rejected invalid inputs and responded promptly to user requests. The results of testing the functionalities of the developed system showed that all the modules worked properly when tested individually. The developed system was evaluated based on basic functionality tests performed on the individual modules, the integrated testing as well as the overall function testing. It was implemented using Java programming language on android studio and My SQL. The developed system was designed using system flowchart, use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram and system architecture diagram.
This study is aimed at developing an android based mobile application capable of monitoring and controlling personal expenses, as well as cautioning the user against reckless and unbudgeted spending.
